The 6-foot-2, 185-pound two-way standout delivered on both sides of the ball in Padua’s Regional Semifinal victory. On the mound, Martin was electric, tossing five strong innings while allowing just one run on four hits and two walks. The right-hander struck out 11 of the 15 outs he recorded, showcasing his swing-and-miss arsenal. At the plate, the right-handed hitter produced from the 5-hole, collecting an RBI single, a sacrifice fly, and a walk. Currently ranked No. 16 in Ohio's 2028 class, Martin continues to trend upward and remains one of the state's premier sophomore prospects. A name to know.

The weather has actually been pretty good this spring.

Fall baseball has great weather, but conflicts not only occur with football but with basketball preseason lifting and training as well.

The best solution is to invest in a turf infield
at minimum.
