Using my day off to try and contact @CarpentersGroup after over 30 emails and multiple daily phone calls. Always to be hung up on after holding. It’s such a simple matter so I cannot understand the issue. Lodging a formal complaint now. Won’t even put me through to complaints!
@ChrisElston1912@ShaunLintern@alisonleary1 The problem is Trusts aren’t standardised so you have to have the right role for that department. I can’t see how this would improve things. It’s just titles. It’s how the job is done that matters.
Has anyone seen/heard from @BootstrapCook she seems to have gone again? This seems unfair when she was doing things with @FareShareUK and is being hounded for it. She isn’t perfect but she tries hard.
@Tea_lover99@MattieDerbish@FareShareUK@BootstrapCook Started having them when life was affordable 🤣🤣 I was such a sensible cook at college 🤦🏼♀️ but have amassed lots of hacks and skills along the way. I’m doing them a whole air fryer section to save money too! Living out is hardest I think. Fun but costly!
@Tea_lover99@MattieDerbish@FareShareUK@BootstrapCook I think getting the food in for them spurs them into action and guilts them into it so they don’t waste my money! I have 2 more in the pipeline so this will get used again. Greek Week was a huge triumph because they also got a lunch wrap everyday from left-overs = more booze &&
@Tea_lover99@MattieDerbish@FareShareUK@BootstrapCook I do themed weeks for them! And brought them a ‘stock cupboard essentials’ so they don’t have to buy the spenny items! I also give them health and safety tips! They send me pics of the food. Sometimes it looks horrific but makes me happy!
@Tea_lover99@MattieDerbish@FareShareUK@BootstrapCook Once a month I buy them an online shop and send them the recipes for that week. Then I know that once a week they eat nice food, cook well and also feed friends! It’s so hard. I have a whole cookbook worth of recipes now! 😊
@Tea_lover99@MattieDerbish@FareShareUK@BootstrapCook No, I really didn’t think you were. I thought the 2 were linked. I guess I was wrong. I went through a terrible period of poverty after my divorce but I still had my grans jewellery because selling it would have made no difference and made me so sad.
