@KidiabaPonyTail With our current operation & decision makers they'll probably pay way over the odds for van Hecke & under price Vuskovic & come out with a big loss. We have a huge talent being chased by all big clubs yet happy to just let him go on the cheap, seems strange.

@pwestern79 Potential wise & exposure I don't think Vuskovic is far behind where Gvardiol was, just off back of a season named Young Player of the year. Agree I think Van Hecke is good & suits what RDZ wants however long term Vuskovic has a much higher ceiling

Letting Vuskovic go for around £30m would be criminal. Van Hecke is a good ball playing CB but Vuskovic's ceiling is so much higher. In 3 years this kid will be one of the best in the world, the club need competent people to make sure we can maximise his potential & value.

@pwestern79 Just shows the true incompetence of those running the club. Lange as our football guru is laughable. We should be keeping this deal separate. If we decide to sell we should be looking at double the £30m being reported. He's similar level to Gvardiol when he went for around £75m

This just sums up our recruitment team lead by the hapless Lange. He wasn't a secret in Brazil. Our club had scouted Souza & must've been aware of Rayan. He slotted straight into the PL at Bournemouth while we put Gallagher & Bergvall out on the right. 🤦🏼

@KidiabaPonyTail They're just one of those sides we regularly seem to get one over even if we're in the mud. Remember pre Pep we got some good results up there, Crouchie's winner. I remember being at Maine Road to see Rebrov score a 90th minute winner. Showing my age now.

I like van Hecke but to pay £70m for a CB with 1 year left on his contract would be insane. It's not an area we need to act desperate either. I'd rather us use those funds towards the forward areas which are in dire need of upgrading this summer.
