I promote the use of patient diaries. Very helpful for ICU patients. Sadly during COVID peaks, nobody can even get the diaries out as everyone was so busy.

I've lost my aunt to COVID. My sister got admitted to ICU due to COVID. I work in an ICU fully stetched due to COVID. I saw lots of patients die from COVID. I am freaking livid due to #COVIDIOTS at the moment. I am offended in more ways than I can imagine.

What there is in US & UK is very deeply flawed and there is grave danger of losing even that
