I have been doing this and also adding spirit (prayer/meditation) to my days in my regular intervals. I think our daily routines should have quiet moments like this -- the tea, the books, the music -- and we need them. But they are essentially openings for spirit, for adding some soul to a constant grind, so I find myself taking spirituality out of the background and foregrounding it more than once a day.
