Dave Nielsen spent roughly 16 years in the US Army, first with the 75th Ranger Regiment and later inside Delta Force, where he worked as an assaulter, sniper, breacher, and K9 handler.

Boat invader sexually attacked two girls just days after he was given the keys to a taxpayer-funded house.

After his release, he was placed into a taxpayer-funded two-bedroom house in Cardiff, worth a quarter of a million pounds. At the time, he was the sole occupant.

But just two days after he settled in, he trespassed into a separate property. A pair of sisters, one under the age of 16, and the other under 13, woke up to Abbas exposing himself in their bedroom doorway.
