Thanks to #JeffreeStarCosmetics and their customer service I'm down $83, 2 lip scrubs, and a #BlueBloodPalette. So looks like my lawyer will be handling it. I am not some teenage girl that doesn't know her rights. And being ignored like I am nothing feels great... @JeffreeStar

The worst part is the #JeffreeStarCosmetics customer service is not responding about my address somehow getting switched to a stranger's and it's now processing. There is nothing else I can do and I'm going to cry. @JeffreeStar you need an actual customer service number for this!
