If a provider would like to have less than 10 children I don’t think it would be needed to install this system as it costs more than $15k and deters families to operate one.

@CityofFairfaxVA Really concerning that no one has plowed the streets at the circle in the 3900 block of Providence place. There are a lot of children and elderly people in the area. Neighbors had to use their snow blower otherwise things would be worse. Pictures / video taken at 4:45 pm
