Some of the oldest Chenin Blanc vines in Canada are planted here in our vineyard. These vines produce less fruit than younger vines, resulting in concentrated flavours. Respecting the fruit means bottling with tradition, making our Sparkling Chenin Blanc celebration-worthy.
