@British_Airways I have just been on hold for 50 minutes to discuss my holiday refund that is going to be sent to a closed credit card account and I was cut off! I’m getting very frustrated! Please help!

@British_Airways appalling customer service again today. Cut off twice after 2 50 min waits. Through to an advisor on the third attempt and another very long wait to be told they can’t help because I have a package deal. Transferred to another team &…yep you guessed it.cut off😡

@British_Airways I have been notified my holiday is cancelled and I will receive a full refund but the credit card account I paid on is now closed. How can I change this as I can’t get through on the phone. Many thanks
