@Roadie Extremely unhappy with the fact that your driver went to the wrong place but never bothered to call me. Now they returned my item and I have to deal with getting a refund and start the process all over again. You may want to tell drivers to call the customer.
@Roadie locked my account on the 5th and I don’t even know the reason. I hadn’t delivered any roadies in a week or more. Every time I try to check the reason the link says error.
@Roadie What are we supposed to do when the gig is a HAZMAT product return delivery from a series of private residences to a medical supply company which doesn't supply its' hours of operation on the gig, and doesn't answer the phone number supplied, and doesn't answer their locked door?
@Roadie my son picked up my phone this morning. While I was putting his socks on while the face verification was on and it didn't work on his face.And then I used it on my face and started my gig, and my account was deactivated.I've been trying all day to get a hold of support.
