@tfw2005 Nexus is such an oddity. You need a frame to make a combiner, but frames aren't sold separately. If you want to change up your Superion and make a new combiner, great. But without a frame, all of the separate parts are just kinda useless. Pulse should just sell some frames.

@robertliefeld Did a rewatch of X-Men and X2 within the last week, oddly enough. Both are solid movies, and solid comic book movies. Loved them when they came out, and still love them today. Solid casting, great character beats, and they've set a high bar for the inevitable reboot.

Now on the nightstand and on deck to be enjoyed: X-Men Elsewhen by John Byrne. Really looking forward to this, and got lucky with a Midtown Comics preorder for it. Limited edition of 400, signed by Byrne. Can't wait to dive in.

Like what you like. Move past (or just ignore) what you don't like and find that thing you do like. Celebrate what you enjoy. But don't tear down things that other people do enjoy. Being mean for the sake of being mean is about as anti-Superman as it gets.

Supergirl. Here's the thing: I saw it. I enjoyed it. Was it the best movie ever? Of course not. That's rarefied air. But it was an enjoyable summer popcorn movie. I do not understand (in likely most cases) hating something that hasn't been seen and celebrating underperformance.

I like plenty of things that aren't massive successes and are considered failures. ...and that's ok. I'm sure we all have some. There are some movies I'm not interested in, but I don't revel in them not being successful and cheer their shortcomings.
