Just my thoughts:
I think with time, the only memecoins that will last and go exponentially higher are the ones with existing communities, real history, lore, art, and relatability. There might be a couple exceptions mainly to those w/ good narratives that have proven to be resilient.
If you’re someone that views memecoins as collectibles, and understands how value is perceived to a collector, then this will make more sense.
Look at the types of Pokémon cards that are at insane valuations. What drives that value? Do the same thing across other categories within this domain such as antiques, art, toys & pop culture, entertainment memorabilia, etc…
Pay attention to what’s consistent across each valuable item within each category.
That’s why I like #Pepe #Wojak #Troll #Giko #Spurdo #Fsjal and many more. They all have that memorabilia factor that allows og internet culture and history to be preserved in an era where AI and the internet is rapidly changing.
It’ll prob be a long time for this to be proven but time will tell
@nerfedonsol the people who actively work against the longevity & health of the space for slightly more personal gain on a short term time frame need to be bullied for eternity
when memecoins finally expand outside of twitter and we're no longer boxed into exclusively reddit/4chan memes forever is when we will truly reach escape velocity
sorry bro but the next dogecoin is never gonna be yet another 4chan meme, hang it up

This is the stage of the market where durability > initial hype
Attention is only valuable when it’s sustained across a longer period of time. Focus on quality
