I have been trying to email my journeys from the Jaguar app for my ipace but although it says the details have been sent to my registered email address they never arrive, this problem hasn’t been had on previous months, is the problem your end?

I received a letter (P800) from you saying I owe tax for year 2023/2024 decided I would like to pay this off in one payment so went to https://t.co/YycxhewHqG as mentioned in your letter, but that says I don’t owe tax for that year, so which is correct?
