Got to mention what a fantastic job Amanda Stamp-Dunstan did today at Heywood lane for the @TenbyUTDRFC Vs @Tycroes_RFC game. A young lady controlled the game and players and even dished out 🟨&🟥 cards where needed. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #Credittothejersey

@avivaplc My elderly father told by the lady in the Indian call centre that she can’t understand him. Won’t transfer him to someone in the UK and nor would they transfer him to a supervisor. All he was trying to do was to get a car insurance quote. Awful state of affairs
