John Dawber Gardens.
Only a short stroll from Lincoln Cathedral, but you could be in a quaint village.
Dawber left £30m (in today's value)to the folk of Lincoln, in 1904.
It's beautiful & Dawber should be celebrated by all Lincolnians
His trust still helps the people of Lincoln

Cowleys / Skubala relatively unknown before the Imps signed them.
They don't feel the need to pick a 'name'.
Calm, clear thinking.
It's becoming unfashionable in boardrooms these days.
Solid foundations being laid.
On & off the pitch.
