@robbiehendricks Great story. Mine is similar, 42 location storage portfolio… had no business trying but got it across finish line. 15mm raise, took me 9mos to raise. Like you luckily had extensions built into the contract. Half the investor count, average size 200k with some big fish in there

@ChrisRamsey60 Happened to us in 2016 on our 2015 Yukon Denali. GM replaced motor. We had tons of electrical issues after the motor swap and never trusted it after that…. I dumped it to Carmax and walked away.
