🚨🥇 UEFA Man of the Match for Switzerland vs England: Bukayo Saka. 🏴
“It was special. Last time we had a penalty shootout at the Euros, we all know what happened”.
“I have faith in God to come back from something like that. Today, I took the chance and I'm happy”.
There's barely any Saka ‘slander’ that's truly justified.
Arsenal's best player and attacker since 2020 as a teenager, starting as a FB, learning a new role and how to shoot from scratch. 27 G/A for England after forcing his way through. Is as humble, selfless, and lovely as they come, both on the pitch and off the pitch.
Liverpool, City, Chelsea, Tottenham, United—there is not one single big club Saka has not been decisive against for Arsenal since 2020. Despite that he still gets accusations of not performing against big sides. Let's not forget the slander directed at him for being Arsenal's best attacker and goalscorer against Bayern Munich. Or when he almost singlehandedly turned up against France in the World Cup semis.
Basically, you've got this underrated player who is one of the most lovely human beings in the game, has had to come up the hard way without much hype, been one of the league's best attackers for a long time now, works as hard as anyone, and is already a decisive player for England and Arsenal at 22, two of the most competitive and highest rated footballing sides in the world, plays through injury but is slandered for ‘limping’.
‘Limping’ and missing the 5th penalty at 19 years of age is the best slander anyone can come up with against Saka. It is cynical, at best, and rooted in racism at worst.
What do you slander this kind of player for? For coming up the hard way and being one of the best attackers in the world by 22?
🚨 EXCL: Arsenal have reached agreement with William Saliba over new 4yr contract. 22yo had 12mnths on existing deal but fresh terms will tie him down until at least 2027, amid strong interest from PL + abroad. Now on to paperwork stage @TheAthleticFC#AFC https://t.co/BeUCKqH8zL
@AskeBay Hi, I’ve sold a pair of sneakers which should go through your authenticity guarantee service. However the address is coming up as the buyers direct address and not your AG centre. Can you help please?
