@royalenfield Respectfully @royalenfield you’ve been saying that for 3 months. Bike was in for repairs for 7 months. Complaint response promised in 48 hours…back in March. Only reason I have the bike back is that I bought a part, despite the warranty claim. Is this good customer aftercare?

I hate taking to Twitter @royalenfield but my service centre and I have been waiting for a part for 5 months to complete a warranty claim on my bike, still no sign of when that will be! Can you help??

@royalenfield still no response to the complaint I raised months ago, no support for me or the service centre. I’ve sourced my own part and had it fitted despite the warranty claim. Will you actually respond to my complaint or offer any compensation for this?
