@Orbitz just screwed me and my autistic son over by wrongly changing my first class seats to a date 7 months from now when we're flying tomorrow. Because of this United canceled our seats and now my autistic son has to fly economy even though I paid orbitz for first class seating

@united isn't doing anything to help either. Their partnership with orbitz is so valuable yet they cannot accommodate those who spend their hard earned money on flights with purpose. I will never fly united again nor book with @Orbitz again. I pray that my son handles the it ok
