@ChristyLHinton1 I would love to see some policy changes regarding training for hotline employees. I have had poor experiences contacting thE hotline (long wait time, poor communication, lack of understand of abuse/neglect). Of course, I’m still thankful for its existence! #WKUsocialworkpolicy

@CallieS46800380 Being a victim of child abuse or neglect can be so traumatizing-the LEAST we can do is search for a relative/fictive kin prior to sending a child to live with strangers. I’m thankful our state has better supported kinship care over the past few years. #WKUsocialworkpolicy
