I’m turning 70 next month and trying to stay fit and healthy. It’s harder as you get older but not impossible. Just keep moving. If you can crawl crawl, if you can walk walk, if you can run run but do something everyday.
It’s harder at 69 but not impossible to stay in shape. The best health tip and fountain of youth I know is staying active (along with eating real nutrient dense food of course).

One of the best cheat codes in life is following your circadian rhythm. Wake up at 6am. Get sun exposure. Eat breakfast. Dim the lights at night. Stop eating 4 hours before bed. Sleep at 10pm. You will avoid disease and feel the best when you follow your circadian rhythms.
