@Bose My wife’s QC Earbuds are flashing red and white and there seems to be an issue with the case. She has used these a handful of times during the two and a half years of having them and your solution is to try and charge her £180 for a new pair, which seems bogus to me

I can’t even connect it to the updater to look for software updates? I have tried this multiple times and it still isn’t recognising it. This should be replaced FOC because there seems to be absolutely nothing wrong with the earbuds themselves as the case is a manufacturing issue
