I can not spend more $$ to dry clean/go to laundry mat all of my husband + my clothes/towels/blankets/etc all bc UR washer has FAILED us. Less than 10 days.

[Brinklee Robbins @Robbins_BN]

I did NOT have an active twitter account, so I 1st shared on FB to hopefully get a service rep to assist us with our issue (shared on ur page).

So I made this one in hopes of getting someone to help us. @WhirlpoolCorp @whirlpoolusa

Again I want to reiterate it has not even been 10 days, and my washer machine is completely unusable.

when I asked when a WP professional would be scheduled, told me a WP serviceprof only come to diagnose issue 1st appt. @whirlpoolusa

and then a WP professional would have to be scheduled for a 2nd appt to come and resolve the said issue.@WhirlpoolCorp

HD let me know that they have escalated the issue with WP + someone from WP would email me within 1 to 2 business days. No phone call. Just an email generated within your system to conduct a follow up and potential resolution. @WhirlpoolCorp @whirlpoolusa

It hasnt even been ten, yes TEN, days and my washer machine isn’t usable! We purposely paid EXTRA to have Home Depot professionals deliver AND install correctly to avoid potential blame of set up issues on our end. @WhirlpoolCorp @whirlpoolusa

after YT vids +seeing other pple having same issues with exact washer we bought,we put the washer on its side and looked underneath & BELT has been grinding against the plastic cage. This caused the cage bracket to be completely cut + belt shredded. @WhirlpoolCorp @whirlpoolusa

@whirlpoolusa I am very disappointed in your customer service dept specifically warranty division. My husband and I bought a brand new washer from The Home Depot & delivered on 3/19/22.

We purchased warranty + delivery set up,washer make AWFUL squealing noise
