Consciousness operates beyond a single 4D timeline. In this model, 4D represents one complete history, 5D represents alternative histories, and 9D represents all possible universes and outcomes. Free will would be consciousness choosing which path through those possibilities we experience.

An entity seeing one entire 4D timeline would see the result of those choices. That wouldn’t, by itself, establish that consciousness had no freedom in choosing that path.
