@SuperZeldaGirl Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass did not get enough love on release I think (Moreso Spirit Tracks) - That'd be fine to even see as an NSO release...
Or.... HD2D remake packaged with PH and some other past games kinda like the Mario all stars set was done....
@FerrisWheelPro@RogersBase Spirit Tracks is amazing fun!
That game deserves more recognition i think.
If you enjoyed Phantom Hourglass you'd enjoy ST. It's a refreshingly different take on the Zelda formula and the music slaps too 🤣
@AussieGamr@480_661 Hard to tell from screenshots but design woae they're doing well..
Likely going to be an origin story of sorts, kinda like what they did with the first Mario Movie..
As long as it gets the respect it deserves i'll be happy 🤣
@FerrisWheelPro And thats completely fair. Wasnt taking a stab at you, just the general internet vibe. I would have loved to see gameplay or something at least as well. I'll settle with it actually existing outside a rumour for now though
@MrA_Game I agree with this so much. I would have loved the absolute shock and wonder of an OOT remake out of the blue. Still loved that trailer, but the leaks ruined the initial surprise for me.
Cool now imagine how much better this Nintendo Direct would be if it wasn’t spoiled weeks in advance along with all the upcoming games.
Leak culture is a stain on the industry.
Apparently the internet just can't be made happy with anything these days. I personally enjoyed the direct, these titles plus KH4 look great, its only June, they may be hiding another ace up their sleeves.
Still, if it wasn't for the leaks, OOT would have hit that much harder.
We got a Nintendo Direct today featuring:
- the next mainline Fire Emblem Game
- a Splatoon Spinoff
- the next mainline Xenoblade Game
- StarFox
- Ocarina of Time
- The Duskbloods
- Nintendo Switch Sports Resort
- Free Bananza DLC
- Paid DLC for Pokopia
- only one of these announcements is strictly for 2027.
And that’s a bad direct? :)
Nintendo is crushing it!

@FerrisWheelPro Honestly I think its hilarious and a solid nod to a viral meme he created. People may not 'care' about it now but it's still a nice touch.
This is what I think they're banking on too...
Mario Galaxy Movie is the introduction, renake the most popular StarFpx game and relaunch the series from there (hopefully)
A heads up would be appreciated next time!
I’m not a fan of shadow dropping directs like this, what the heck!?
New art style reminds me of the original hyper realistic puppet look in the original marketing for Star Fox
