@itvMLshow i have been chasing @emirates now for over a year to try and reclaim over £2000 they charged me last year. I have had my claims rejected by my credit card and by @EmiratesSupport due to lack of evidence. Is there anyone else that can help?

@EmiratesSupport @EmiratesSupport A long time is an understatement! This is a complaint I first made over a year ago. @emirates have £2500 of my money and I want it back. Customer affairs have never responded. If you can’t help I will send the complaint via ABTA

@emirates @EmiratesSupport Today marks 12 months since you over charged me £2500 for flights as well as 12 months of chasing you for a refund, being fobbed off with “it’s being looked into” & “we will update you as soon as possible. Disappointing from an airline I enjoyed using.

@emirates @EmiratesSupport - I now have a year old request for a refund on my double charged flights, you promised me a reply over a month ago and yet again I have heard absolutely nothing from you. My next step is legal proceedings.
