@British_Airways Thank you Chris but I have already detailed my complaint seeking some compensation on what I did not get what I paid for and an explanation as to why . You can see the reply I got which is dreadful and no help .Worst service and flying experience I have ever had . Thank you
@British_Airways I have DM 6 hours ago and have had no reply to an urgent request . Tried phoning but got ditched after 43 minutes . Emailed to say we only cover USA & Canada .
