Daily Reminder - The Golden Rule - I was reading my tweet responses that I sent over the past month. I started to cringe. Why? I had forgotten to apply the Golden Rule. Remember that one? “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Let’s all live by that today. #goldenrule
#CANmnt#FIFAworldcup If you are Canadian or you live in Canada then you need to watch this. If it doesn’t give you goosebumps, well then you are not human. Let’s fucking go!

KJ made a great point on OneSoccer. Given that you are allowed to replace an injured player right up to June 10th (but not an uninjured player), it led to the unintended consequence of actually choosing a player who is still technically injured and then replace them if they can’t get healthy in time rather than choose the safe option of the uninjured player. For example, it’s possible that Jones was picked over Priso simply because if Jones can’t go, Marsch can drop him on June 10th and take Priso. The rules don’t allow the opposite of taking Priso and then switching to Jones if Jones gets healthy enough. Same could be said for Shaff.

Alphonso Davies back on the pitch for Bayern Munich against Sporting. Came on in the 87th minute for his first action since March. Fantastic news! #canmnt@CanadaSoccerEN#BayernMunich
Stop. Just stop. Besides the fact that Canada and the US enjoy a unique trade regime, this stupidity from Trump benefits Canada way more than the US. While the US continues to blow up trade agreements across the globe, which ultimately hurts the US consumer, Canada is out strengthening theirs. Trust me, the biggest loser in Trump’s emotional outbursts will be the American consumer.
