Fauci responds with fear-mongering--mentioning a rare inflammatory syndrome in kids to justify "erring on the side of caution" and keeping kids home.

A recurring pattern during the pandemic was Fauci using his enormous influence over policy to stoke fear as a justification for extreme measures…while dismissing consideration of the potential harms such measures might cause.

*** I’ve mentioned this before, but worth repeating here --at the time of this exchange in May 2020, I supported the measures championed by Fauci and thought Sen. Paul was wrong. I’ve since realized my view at the time was utterly wrong. Avoiding future mistakes requires learning from past ones.

🇺🇸 A former Virginia Democratic political operative has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for distributing child sexual abuse material.

Prosecutors say Randon Sprinkle sent abuse material to an undercover FBI agent he believed was the father of a 9-year-old boy and discussed traveling to meet and sexually abuse the child.

Investigators later found 45 CSAM files on his devices, including material involving toddlers.

They told us the Flock cameras were for catching criminals. In Indiana, a deputy used them to track his girlfriend 2,055 times. Every database built to watch you eventually gets used by someone with a grudge and a password. Not to mention it’s a 4th Amendment violation.
