Huge decision on a longstanding issue. After years of back and forth, it looks pretty well settled that the rail lands between Spadina and Bathurst will be the ORCA development, not Rail Deck Park.

@ReporterWarren I think its very case-specific and should be worked out with the subject if there's an issue. It's hard to imagine a story where a person's gender id is important where there isn't a natural way to explain it, especially if its not a public figure people might be familiar with
