@SW_Help I wish I could say I was surprised to arrive at Esher this morning to see that the 7.50am to Waterloo was made up of 8 coaches rather than 12, but it’s becoming the norm. No one could get on. The previous train had 4 coaches. What’s going on?!?
@SW_Help It’s the 7.50am from Esher to London Waterloo. And it’s eight coaches rather than 12 again today. It genuinely is reduced almost every single day now, which never used to happen previously. There must be a better explanation than random issues on individual days?
@SW_Help Including again today! I’m pretty certain all four of my morning trains this week have been reduced from 12 to 8 carriages. There must be some sort of explanation beyond service issues on a single day?!
@SW_Help I (and many others) would understand that if it was a one off, but the 7.50am has had reduced carriages consistently in recent weeks - often when there are no wider problems on the network. It’s the same on the way home from London. It’s more than just a one-day issue.
0ff to Newbury on Saturday - why not pop up to the first floor of the Berkshire Stand for an ideal stocking filler, my book, The Time of My Life?Half-price now, dropped to £8 for Christmas, and I’ll try and throw in the big winner, too.
@AerLingus - a once proud national airline that now trails behind even Ryanair for customer service. The title of world’s worst airline is hotly contested these days but I think these idiots have it sewn up. Surely just a matter of time before they go out of business.
Saga claim “we will work with you to make things right”. Absolute rubbish - they are a disgraceful car insurance company. Five weeks after my accident, repairs have not started. Even though we pay Saga direct, they continually pass the buck. At 74, I am so stressed. Avoid them.
Going to Newbury on Friday? Then why not pop up to first floor of Berkshire Stand in Members Enclosure to get a Black Friday signed copy of The Time of My Life. On-line price is £13.99 so at £10 it’s a Christmas bargain for Newbury visitors. Great stocking filler, too. 👍
It is truly mind boggling that people can get this angry and violent at an injection which is not mandatory, saves millions of lives, restarts an economy, saves jobs, enables international travel and reduces pressure on our health system #COVID19
I use @Uber so often sometimes I think I’m single-handedly responsible for propping up its share price. But the level of service in recent months has plummeted. At least 50% of bookings cancelled, wait times massively increasing and prices going up. Time to bolt to @boltapp?!
The 100,000 mark is in sight - and with less than 10k names to go we really need your help! Please take a second to sign and share to help stop the biggest cancer killer of children and under 40s - a cause sadly close to my heart
Huge thanks to Rafe Hubris (aka @JoshBerryComedy) and @Thrillz_UK for tonight’s Q&A with @Robert_Lester. My two fave PR gurus in one room... er, Zoom
