Laughter also triggers the release of endorphins:

The bodies natural feel good chemicals.

Thereby, promoting and overall sense of well-being.

We can actually temporally alleviate pain it protects the heart increasing the blood flow decreasing the chance of a heart attack or other cardiovascular problems.

If we get enough laughs in we might even live a longer life…..
