Presidents have used autopens for centuries, Jefferson did, Obama signed laws with one. Courts don’t require a handwritten signature; they care about intent. If Biden authorized the autopen, the pardons are likely solid. But if he didn’t know (say, due to incapacity or staff overreach), a challenge could arise. Trump can’t just cancel them, only a court could, but no precedent says autopen use alone kills a pardon.

If Trump pushes this and proves Biden’s pardons were fraudulent or unauthorized, a court might agree. Otherwise, the Constitution’s pardon power is tough to crack.
