Thanks , but no thanks. 🙂‍↔️ I set up a wallet last year after accumulating 16 K bitcoin thinking that Ellipal had one of the best wallets out there being air gapped and all.
I watched every video on YouTube from the one guy who schools/markets Ellipal wallets and I’ve read every article on your website.

I set up my seed phrase with the metal plates and wrote it down and successfully transferred my BTC to the wallet and a couple of months later in July 2025 after doing a firmware update, my bitcoin is no longer appears in the wallet or the app, so I tried to recover my wallet, a new address appears.
My BTC stuck on the Blockchain forever, When I try to bring it back a new address pops up.

When I contact Customer Support it’s always via email and can’t get a real life human being on the phone .

I want to have faith in you guys, I thought the Titan 2.0 cold storage was one of the best out there. 🤦‍♂️ Now I’m F’d out of 16K that I worked my ass off and saved . Thank you !

Over month since my supposed safe @ellipal has lost 5350 xrp all by itself
I followed Ellipal’s own instructions to move my XRP off their Hot Wallet.
Two small transfers to my X-Card cold wallet worked perfectly.
Then I pressed MAX — and everything went wrong.
