@easyJetholidays we booked our trip with you and I have been trying to sort out seats on the plane for months and no one is getting back to me 😡. I spoke to someone on 18/06 and was on the phone for 45 minutes before I had to hang up as at least 40 of those minutes I was on hold

@SkyHelpTeam Surprise surprise I go to call someone and it tells me their phone number doesn’t exist. Keep getting told this hasn’t happened before and yet it has been happening all year. Sky mobile have to be the worst provider ever as they have never fixed this issue 😡🤬

@SkyHelpTeam why does your network keep going down this is beyond ridiculous. When I ring someone it keeps telling me their number doesn’t exist. You ring customer service and they pretend this is the first they’ve heard of it when in fact it happens constantly. Not happy 😡
