Additionally, I extend my thanks to my fellow researchers and friends who have been a source of inspiration and motivation. Undertaking a PhD has been an incredible opportunity for personal and professional growth.
We are all born scientists, experimenting with our environments. But it doesn’t take long before science becomes perceived as something that only scientists do. Diversity of perspectives in science is vital and we are all responsible for breaking down that perception barrier.
