BREAKING: Memphis Twins Arrested After Turning a Kroger Into the FBI's Worst Face Recognition Test Yet! MEMPHIS, TN — Memphis Police are reportedly considering adding identical twins to the city's list of public nuisances after two blonde sisters allegedly turned a routine grocery store argument into what one exhausted officer described as, "the longest 45 minutes of my career, and I once worked Beale Street on New Year's Eve." According to police, 36-year-old identical twins Ashley Caldwell and Amber Caldwell were arrested Thursday evening after an argument inside the Kroger on Mendenhall somehow spiraled into a full-blown identity crisis involving officers, confused shoppers, two managers, and one poor woman who abandoned her shopping cart because she "wasn't getting paid enough to witness whatever this was." Authorities say it all started when one of the sisters attempted to redeem a frozen pizza coupon that had expired sometime around the same period everyone was debating the fate of the "Tiger King". When the cashier politely explained the coupon was no longer valid, the sister allegedly replied, "Inflation should've extended it." The cashier disagreed. The manager was called over, hoping to calm the situation. Instead, he accidentally unlocked what police later referred to as "Level Five Chaos." Someone dialed 911 to report "a blonde woman causing a disturbance near the dairy section." Officers arrived within minutes and approached one of the sisters. Then the other sister rounded the corner. Several witnesses say you could actually see the confidence leave the officers' faces. According to the police report, the sisters immediately began switching places, circling displays of Little Debbie snack cakes, finishing each other's sentences, and repeatedly pointing at one another. "She's Ashley!" "No, I'm Ashley!" "She's Amber!" "No, she's Amber!" One officer attempted to solve the mystery by asking each woman her birthday. Same answer. He asked for their mother's name. Same answer. Favorite restaurant? Both immediately shouted, "Huey's!" One officer quietly removed his glasses, cleaned them, put them back on, and reportedly muttered, "This isn't helping." Another deputy tried asking which one was left-handed. Both raised both hands. A third officer asked which one drove to the store. Both pointed at the same Honda Civic. At that point, officers admitted they had completely lost control of the investigation. Meanwhile, shoppers had stopped pretending to grocery shop altogether. Several leaned on shopping carts like they were watching a live episode of Cops. One teenager started taking bets on whether the officers would accidentally arrest the wrong twin. An elderly gentleman simply sat on a bench near the pharmacy eating popcorn from the checkout aisle and refused to leave. One witness claimed the sisters switched hoodies halfway through the encounter "just to keep everybody humble." After nearly an hour of confusion, officers finally arrested both women on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction. Unofficially, several officers admitted the real crime was "making trained professionals question their own eyesight." Things didn't improve at the jail. The booking officer reportedly stared at the twins for nearly thirty seconds before writing on the intake paperwork: "There's two of them. They look exactly alike. Good luck, night shift." Neighbors say the incident surprised absolutely no one. "I've lived beside them for six years," one resident said. "I've accidentally waved at the wrong twin so many times I just wave at both now. It's safer." Memphis Police have not confirmed which sister originally presented the expired coupon, and investigators reportedly aren't convinced they ever will. The coupon has since been placed into evidence, where officials say it will likely expire again before detectives finish sorting out the paperwork. Cliff Messer

MEMPHIS, TN — Memphis Police are reportedly considering adding identical twins to the city's list of public nuisances after two blonde sisters allegedly turned a routine grocery store argument into what one exhausted officer described as, "the longest 45 minutes of my career, and I once worked Beale Street on New Year's Eve."

According to police, 36-year-old identical twins Ashley Caldwell and Amber Caldwell were arrested Thursday evening after an argument inside the Kroger on Mendenhall somehow spiraled into a full-blown identity crisis involving officers, confused shoppers, two managers, and one poor woman who abandoned her shopping cart because she "wasn't getting paid enough to witness whatever this was."

Authorities say it all started when one of the sisters attempted to redeem a frozen pizza coupon that had expired sometime around the same period everyone was debating the fate of the "Tiger King".

When the cashier politely explained the coupon was no longer valid, the sister allegedly replied, "Inflation should've extended it."

The cashier disagreed.

The manager was called over, hoping to calm the situation. Instead, he accidentally unlocked what police later referred to as "Level Five Chaos."

Someone dialed 911 to report "a blonde woman causing a disturbance near the dairy section."

Officers arrived within minutes and approached one of the sisters.

Then the other sister rounded the corner.

Several witnesses say you could actually see the confidence leave the officers' faces.

According to the police report, the sisters immediately began switching places, circling displays of Little Debbie snack cakes, finishing each other's sentences, and repeatedly pointing at one another.

"She's Ashley!"

"No, I'm Ashley!"

"She's Amber!"

"No, she's Amber!"

One officer attempted to solve the mystery by asking each woman her birthday.

Same answer.

He asked for their mother's name.

Same answer.

Favorite restaurant?

Both immediately shouted, "Huey's!"

One officer quietly removed his glasses, cleaned them, put them back on, and reportedly muttered, "This isn't helping."

Another deputy tried asking which one was left-handed.

One witness claimed the sisters switched hoodies halfway through the encounter "just to keep everybody humble."

After nearly an hour of confusion, officers finally arrested both women on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction.

Unofficially, several officers admitted the real crime was "making trained professionals question their own eyesight."

Things didn't improve at the jail.

"I've lived beside them for six years," one resident said. "I've accidentally waved at the wrong twin so many times I just wave at both now. It's safer."

Memphis Police have not confirmed which sister originally presented the expired coupon, and investigators reportedly aren't convinced they ever will.

The coupon has since been placed into evidence, where officials say it will likely expire again before detectives finish sorting out the paperwork.

BREAKING NEWS: The EXACT Ivermectin dosage that's helping Cancer patients is being HIDDEN from you! 12mg daily for 5 days, then 12mg twice weekly maintenance. Big Pharma doesn't want you to know this costs $2 per pill instead of $10,000 chemo treatments. They're TERRIFIED of losing profits while Cancer patients get better for pennies! 😃 This is what they're desperate to keep under wraps. I've seen it work over and over. Don't let them keep you in the dark.
