La tormenta se llama AI. Y si, las personas que no se instruyan capaciten, etc. pues si, la AI YA TOMÓ o vendrá por tu empleo en breve.

⚡ 𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝟭: ¿Cuántos empleos va a destruir la AI?

Yo dije: viene una hecatombe. Entre 2026 y 2028 se perderán 600 a 800 millones de empleos a nivel global. 2027 va a estar gruesísimo.

La recuperación llega hasta 2029, cuando se consoliden los nuevos roles: LLM Designers, arquitectos de agentes, ingenieros de sistemas AI. Yo mismo pasé de correr una operación con 30 personas a automatizar procesos completos. Lo viví. No es teoría. En solo 8 meses.

*𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗼́: "Olvídate de la máquina de vapor. Primero fue la mecanización, luego la electrificación, la computación, el internet.

⚡ **𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝟮: ¿La AI realmente puede con todo?

𝗠𝗶 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗶ó𝗻: la AI te resuelve los primeros 100 metros del kilómetro. ¿El frontend, las imágenes, el marketing? Sí. ¿Un backend enterprise serio y sólido? Todavía no.

*𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗼́** con una demo en vivo: tomó la foto de un producto en nuestra mesa y en minutos su plataforma generó descripción, precio, fotos profesionales con AI, página de venta con medios de pago y una campaña lanzada a redes. Su tesis: los ecosistemas de agentes ya conectan WhatsApp, CRM y ERP de punta a punta.
Ahí sí me calló un rato. 😅

⚡ 𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝟯: ¿𝗗ó𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁á 𝗹𝗮 𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲 𝗠é𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼?
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀: en las micros. El 𝟵𝟴% 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗠é𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝘆𝗺𝗲𝘀; 𝗲𝗹 𝟵𝟰% 𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀. Una señora de Teotihuacán vende 𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘀 ��𝗹 𝗮ñ𝗼 en mermeladas de xoconostle, OJOOO, sin web, sin marketing. "Prefiero invertir en una micro con potencial de 100x que en una empresa grande.

𝗬𝗼: en la educación y el criterio. La AI es un 𝗲𝘅𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗼: agarra a alguien de IQ 110 y lo catapulta a 180.....pero SOLO si detrás hay vivencia y experiencia. Sin eso, la AI alucina. Por eso mi apuesta son los practitioners: que te enseñe finanzas, Negocios, AI, lo que sea, peroooo quien haga lo que te está enseñando en el día a día, alguien que te de clases de empresa con alguien que no ha tenido una NÓMINA EN su estomaguito? Mmmmmm WTF!!!

🤝 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗘 𝗦Í 𝗖𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗠𝗢𝗦:
✅ 𝗟𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗯𝘂𝗷𝗮 𝗔𝗜 𝘃𝗮 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿. 9 de las 10 empresas más valiosas del mundo son de AI (Nvidia ~5 trillones, SpaceX 1.3 trillones). Cuando frenen el CAPEX de chips, la corrección será brutal.
✅ 𝗘𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁á 𝗺𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼. Industrias completas desplomadas en seis meses.
✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼, 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝘂é𝘀. El producto hace la marca. Nunca al revés.
✅ 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗮 𝘀𝘂 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗿. ¿Qué sería Wozniak sin Jobs? Sergei Brin sin un Larry Page, como esas miles de historias.
