What will it take to topple this government and put competent politicians in place. The ones facing the public have all been proven liars and full of bullshit at a time we desperately need TRUTH and action. Our lives are simply in the hands of untrustworthy politicians.
Seriously, seeing Tweets defending that mostly elderly people die, may I remind all of you that a lot of young people also die? We do not know who is affected the worst, but every person is somebody's son, daughter, mother, father... They are not just numbers
There is a shortage of #covid19UK tests. Today, our chemical companies offered to make whatever the government needed. The government said no and then said there was a global shortage of chemical reagent. This must be fixed. @BBCNewsnight 10.45pm.
Today I lost my brother in law to coranvirus.. I'm gone from feeling sad to fucking fuming as this government needs to give us answers of exactly what COVID19 is? Massive cover up whilst thousands of love ones just pass away.. Give us some fucking answers..
"Test, test, test," says the WHO. But why is the UK govt refusing mass testing? Why are people dying needlessly? The Dept of Health has become a revolving door of Thatcherite spivs: privatisers, corporate asset strippers, management consultants. This is Britain's deadly scandal.
Why are political leaders afraid of the truth? This is the NHS today: “Colleagues have to attend disciplinary meetings for speaking out. Others have been spoken to and were ‘warned’ informally...I never thought I lived in a country where freedom of speech is discouraged.”
This is the entire delivery of #PPE for a surgery with 4 GPs, ACP, PN and HCA. Weeks of lies and waiting, then this. How can safe care be delivered with this insulting token?

Breaking : BBC's Laura Kuenssberg, Nick Robinson & Fiona Bruce sign open letter calling for Boris Johnson to stand down immediately.
In the letter they also admit to being vehemently anti Corbyn, whilst being blatantly pro Tory. All three have left the BBC with immediate effect
"All we have for PPE is the generic paper mask, gloves and plastic aprons. We are risking our lives. It makes us feel like we are cannon fodder.”
The Government must make more serious interventions now to protect vital care workers and high risk groups.

@jannycat Indeed the tide is turning against them, testing or rather lack of it is a complete farce, thank goodness for the journalists out there who aren’t going to let it go
The highly ineffective, repetitive Robert Jenrick getting nailed by Piers Morgan and Susana on #GMB once again. When this shit show is over, the handling of this pandemic by the government has to stay in focus. We’re being failed
Last night I certified far more deaths than I can ever remember doing in a single shift. The little things hit you: a book with a bookmark in, a watch still ticking, an unread text message from family. Pandemic medicine is hard.
Tories say now is not the time to ask why Britain has lost 2 months organising crucial Covid-19 testing.
Is this because they have yet to invent a credible excuse?
Why are you continuing to let millions of non-essential workers go to work?
How does that ‘save lives’? And why are you not checking people flying into UK from virus-ravaged places?
How does that ‘save lives’?
Instead of wasting time working out which bullshit slogan to beat us round the head with next, why doesn’t the govt start doing the responsible thing and tell the fucking truth? It’s been lying for so long now, it seems to have entirely forgotten what it’s actually meant to do.
