Thanks to @AnalogEng (of the famous @MacroFab Engineering Podcast) for bringing these new books to my attention. I can't wait to get into the weeds with LTspice π.

@rheingoldheavy I'm assuming it has the same sourcing limitations of the HT16K33 but I've been working with an HT16D35(A) (A=SPI, B=I2C) recently. So far, I'm happy with its performance. I bought a few from the US rep but placed my second order with LCSC (Fwiw).
A quick with/without comparison.
Signal path = guitar -> usb powered loop switcher -> overdrive pedal -> practice amp -> condenser mic -> recording interface
@ValveWizard I think harmonic trem was used in some brownface Fenders. They split the signal into treble and bass frequencies and applied trem to each signal separately using two LFOs 180Β° out-of-phase.
A cab sim would be cool. I'll have to look into the DM160 tube.
Making new bolts look old. Gotta love chemistry. Ferric Chloride 1 - Zinc 0.
I didn't think the shiny zinc look would be appropriate on the 12" jointer. Problem solved.
