A national survey by the Public Religion Research Institute reveals that nearly 30% of Gen Z adults in the U.S. identify as LGBTQ.

This percentage significantly surpasses that of older generations, marking Gen Z as the queerest adult generation to date.

The survey also notes Gen Z's ethnic diversity and lower religious affiliation.
