Many argentinians ignore that in 1990 Germany were denied 2 penalties and the one which was given was a penalty too. In 2014 the referee even confirmed in an interview after the game that Neuer vs Higuain wasn't a penalty. End.

Well the referee said in an interview after the game that the Neuer vs. Higuain scene wasn't a penalty. So even with VAR, there wouldn't have been a penalty.
