Key lessons:
1. Diets can induce and maintain remission
2. Modify, don’t exclude
3. Fiber is not the enemy (but think about texture if you have a stricture)

One of the great challenges in digestive disease is bringing complex data together for example, the ‘transmural revolution’ currently underway in #ibd with #IUS, endoscopy. Entrolytics brings this data together in research but from today is FDA registered for clinical use!
