@fanfooty24@TROSC_TRFC “Invested significant funds in the due process”, suggests to me they have only invested in completing their own Due Diligence, make sure they are not buying a lemon, like any party investing in a business would do. I don’t think this suggests they have invested in Rovers.
A FULL MONTH since @Be_Fibre installed our broadband / wifi and not one day has it worked. I have emailed the CEO, COO, Customer Service and Head of Sales and not one has responded. Disgraceful. @Ofcom
30 DAYS since @Be_Fibre installed their broadband and 30 DAYS without any wifi. No attempt from @Be_Fibre to resolve the situation. Resorted to contacting CEO. 24 hours and zero response from him. @Ofcom
4 WEEKS!!! since @Be_Fibre installed wifi into my house and 4 WEEKS without any signal. And 4 WEEKS @Be_Fibre fobbing me off and not wanting to fix the problem. @Ofcom
DAY 26 since @Be_Fibre installed the wifi and still NO SERVICE. No attempt to fix the situation. At this point I can only advise you stay clear of them. Useless. @Ofcom
DAY 24 since @Be_Fibre installed and still no wifi and no urgency from Be Fibre to fix the issue. Neighbour in same predicament. Very poor customer service. I cannot recommend. @Ofcom
DAY 22 since @Be_Fibre installed fibre and STILL NO wifi service. I have spoken to Adam who sold it to me. He tells me that several people are experiencing the same problem in my area and he thinks its a faulty batch of routers!! No real attempt to fix the problem. @Ofcom
DAY 21 : Since we had @Be_Fibre installed and still no WiFi connection or @Be_Fibre wanting to sort it out. They are refusing to send out an engineer to fix. Neighbour in same boat. Disgusting service. @Ofcom
Day 17 without working wifi since @Be_Fibre installed. No wifi, no security system, can’t WFH.
Spoke to the @Be_Fibre salesperson who sold me it yesterday morning. He said he would call me back by 4pm after he had spoken to the customer service person. Still waiting. @Ofcom
Day 16 since @BeFibre installed the Fibre Broadband and we still have no wifi or no interest from @Be_Fibre Customer Services to fix the issue. Be careful if you are thinking of signing up with them. @Ofcom
@Be_Fibre@Ofcom BeFibre replaced Sky Monday 10th November and still no fully functioning wifi. No wifi to home office, security systems or house.
Customer support not sending out engineer. I have called out my own engineer twice at my cost who tells me no signal into house

@BeFibre Customer Service will not acknowledge there is a problem not look to send out an engineer to fix. Unable to WFH, secure the house, kids access homework apps.
@medicmart74@Be_Fibre@Ofcom Thanks Martyn. Thats exactly what my engineer is saying it will be. Yet BeFibre claim its my system, without even coming out to take a look.
