Last week, I re-watched @EthereumFilm—this time with my parents. While they may still not fully grasp the technical foundations or the broader potential of Ethereum, they now understand the gravity of its mission more clearly than most parents out there.

What stood out to them was perhaps not the technology itself, but the ethical lens through which it is built: a resistance to centralized power, a deliberate embrace of transparency and disorder, and the unexpected ways Ethereum has impacted real-world events; from humanitarian aid to warzones.

The film reminded us that change often begins with a single person willing to think differently and act ethically, driven by intellect and values, not greed, and Vitalik is a living example of that. If we truly want Ethereum to be seen, understood, and valued as a revolutionary piece of tech, we must begin these conversations at home, with our families and friends. That is how real adoption starts, not by straight-up onboarding them to the crypto side of it without giving them a chance to understand the 'why' behind it.
