Might delete this later but I've put in for an ADHD referral through the NHS. It'll be a long wait so I'm looking for ways to manage it myself until then as I'm really struggling.

@PabloBonzo I might be jumping the gun with the word referral. I've done the initial test and I'm on the list for the next stage. I'm not holding out hope for a speedy response as that was a year ago.
