Life can be seen as a rental experience, where everything comes with a cost. Maintaining a sound body, mind, and spirit requires effort and investment. Each day, we must wake up and "pay the rent" to nurture and enhance these aspects of ourselves.

Unchosen suffering is an inevitable part of life. The only way to prepare for it is by choosing daily suffering. Choosing to do hard things daily callouses the mind/body for when unchosen hard things arise. You may not have chosen the fight, but you better be ready to finish it
Self-discipline is about doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like it. It’s about silencing excuses and pushing past emotions. Do the work, and you’ll be ahead of 99% of the competition. Just do the work.
Showing up gets you ahead of 50% of the competition. Showing up with intent and focused work takes you past another 40%. The last 10%? That’s where the real dawgs finish the job. Do. Your. Job.
The world is a fool’s paradise, camouflaged and filled with traps, preying on those who stray from strong morals, virtues, and values. Stay steadfast in what you know to be right and just. With these principles, you can stand firm and ready. Hammer down and be on guard.
