Are you a Good person?
Let’s see if you are a good person: Jesus said, “Whoever looks upon another to lust (with sexual desire) after them has committed adultery already with them in their heart". Jesus sees lust as adultery (Matt 5:28). Have you ever lusted (Adultery)? Jesus sees hatred as murder (1 Jhn 3:15). Have you hated anyone (Murder)? Have you made a god in your mind to suit yourself, or worshiped the things of this world or followed a false god (1 Cor 6:9) (Idolatry)? Have you had sex outside of marriage (Col 3:35) (Fornication)? Have you used God’s name in vain (Col 3:8) (Blasphemy)? Have you ever stolen something irrespective of its value (Rom 13:9) (Thief)? Have you ever told a lie even a small one (Eph 4:25) (Liar)?
If I'm really honest my answer to all these is yes, and yours should be too. If you have stolen, you are a thief, If you have told just one lie you are a liar, if you have lusted you’re an adulterer and cannot enter Heaven. You have to face a Righteous Holy God on Judgment Day. Will you be guilty and end up in Hell, forever? This should deeply concern you.
For whosoever shall keep the whole Law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (Jas 2:10)
THERE IS NONE WHO DOES GOOD, THERE IS NOT EVEN ONE." (Rom 3:10-12)
If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. (1 Jhn 1:8)
If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing that his word has no place in our hearts. (1 Jhn 1:10)
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Cor 6:9-10)
The Good News
So, we as sinners deserve to go to Hell. But that’s not God’s desire. We broke His Law (the Ten Commandments) but because Jesus paid our fine (died for our sins as a sacrifice, in our place) on the cross about 2000 years ago, God can forgive us. The bible says, “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Rom 5:8). Then He rose from the dead and defeated the power of death and the grave. If you REPENT (turn away from your sin, have sorrow for your sin(2 Cor 7:10-11), humble yourself (Matt 18:3-4 ), admit you are wrong, ask for forgiveness and turn to God) (Luk 13:3) and TRUST and put your FAITH in the Savior Jesus Christ, God will forgive your sins, then God will fill you with the Holy Spirit and you will be Born Again, God will give you a new heart with new desires and grant you everlasting life, for God is LOVING and MERCIFUL. We cannot save ourselves, only God can save us through Faith, but we must take the step of Faith, accept the Free gift, humble ourselves, Repent and Believe in Him.
God desires all to be saved: This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:3-4)
Saved through Faith: For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. For Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Rom 10:9-10, 13)
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. (Jhn 3:16)
Jesus said “I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners and need to repent.” (Luk 5:32) Not at all! And you will perish, too, unless you repent of your sins and turn to God. (Luk 13:3)

Joel Osteen (yes, it was really him) blocked this video from being viewed for over 3 years. Using the YT copyright
Suddenly, for reasons I was not told, it is now viewable.
There’s an even longer version of this video which is still blocked from viewing, by Joel Osteen. He has not dropped that copyright claim. In fact, he has not dropped the claim on the video you can see below. It’s just that YT (if I had to guess) has done some kind of review or policy change that resulted in the action Joel imposed, removing my video from YT, being undone. Now they just have monetization rights on my video.
Maybe I will appeal that at some point. But for now, here’s the controversial video Joel Osteen didn’t want you to see. It’s a mild analysis of him teaching a Bible study done in a manner that was, if anything, overly friendly and gracious. But it turned out that Joel really misuses the Scripture over and over again.
Here it is… viewable for the first time in over 3 years.
Joel Osteen misuses the Bible 14 out of 15 times in one sermon.
