This really is the exact vile conspiracy theory that has been behind a lot of violence and the richest man in the world obsessively pushing it like this is incredibly dangerous, even before you consider how he’s a defense contractor who owns a huge political platform
This is just cruel. @HouseGOP is forcing a vote on a bill that would fire 224,000 teachers across the US, including over 3,000 in WI alone. 200,000+ teachers who would no longer be in classrooms. I’m going to fight for teachers - the unsung heroes of our society.
Are you serious? The economy has always performed better under Democratic Party leadership. You are entitled to your own opinions, but not the facts. Lowest unemployment in 60 yrs, wages up, record job creation, lowest inflation in G7, and strongest economy (GDP) in the world.
In one of the most notable moments in sports history, Kenyan runner Abel Mutai was just a few feet from the finish line, but became confused with the signage and stopped thinking he had completed the race.
A Spanish athlete, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him, and after realizing what was happening, he started shouting at the Kenyan for him to continue running; but Mutai didn't understand his Spanish.
Fernandez eventually caught up to him and instead of passing him, he pushed him to victory.
A journalist asked Ivan, "Why did you do that?"
Ivan replied, “My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life where we push and help each other to win.” The journalist insisted “But why did you let the Kenyan win?" Ivan replied, "I didn't let him win, he was going to win.” The journalist insisted again, “But you could have won!”Ivan looked at him & replied, “But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor of that medal?
What would my Mom think of that?”
Values are transmitted from generation to generation.
What values are we teaching our children?
Let us not teach our kids the wrong ways to WIN.
Thanks to Donald Trump and the Republican Party, we've all had to learn the difference between treason, collusion, incitement, insurrection, and seditious conspiracy.

We’ve heard from several Coloradans who’ve been pulled over in Kansas and subjected to a technique dubbed the Two-Step. It turns a traffic stop into a search— presumably for cash and cannabis.
I spoke with the attorney who keeps winning these cases:

The #mnleg approved a $1B housing bill this week that is headed to Gov. Tim Walz's desk. The deal falls short of some DFL legislators' and advocates' early spending goals, but many called it an important step toward meeting Minnesota's dire housing needs. https://t.co/iKIn6yo71d
UPDATE: The Minnesota Senate voted along party lines to create a paid family and medical leave program that would allow all Minnesota workers to take months off work to care for a newborn or sick family member or to recover from illness. https://t.co/iBWwXZTgMx
The Housing Budget delivers the largest investment in housing in state history, including both rental assistance & first-generation homebuyer assistance. All Minnesotans deserve a safe and affordable place that they can call home.
I applaud the @NAACP_LDF for pushing back against laws designed to discourage voting. Long lines at polling places are a symptom of oppression. They want us to give up and go home. They want to silence us. We must push back.

We have completely jumped the shark as a nation. The world looks at us in absolute bewilderment as we slaughter each other with guns, and throw our hands up in resignation.
It's pathetic. https://t.co/s0LkdLnzy9
Republican predictions of doom and gloom have never materialized in the past, and they won't materialize after Democrats enact #PaidLeaveMN. We're home to the most Fortune 500 companies per capita in the nation. Investing in people *works*. #mnleg
